MANASU is also registered under the Department for the welfare of differently abled people along with IMH license. The certificate of registration is handed over to Fr. Soosai Antony CMF, Director of MANASU by the honourable Minister T.M.Anbarasan (minister for Rural Industries, Cottage Industries, Small Industries, Slum clearance board in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu Government) in the presence of Chengalpattu Collector Respected Thiru. A. R. Rahul Nadh IAS, and others on 11th December 2021 at Chengalpattu.
First Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for MANASU with an educational institution: Today, MANASU signed an MoU with the Department of Social Work at Madras Christian College, Tambaram. Dr. Wilson, the Principal of MCC, and Fr. Soosai Antony CMF, the Director of MANASU, represented their respective organizations. This collaboration marks a significant milestone, as MANASU continues to forge partnerships with various educational institutions.
RESCUE MANASU team rescues wandering men suffering with mental illness from streets with a help of local government authorities.
RECOVERY MANASU team rescues the rescued persons are given medical and psychiatric treatment by healthcare professionals for the recovery of physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing.
REHABILITATE The residents are trained through occupational therapies and Vocational Training such as Organic gardening, candle making, paper cover making,kitchen assisting, etc. in order to rehabilitate them.
REINTEGRATED the rescued persons are given medical and psychiatric treatment by healthcare professionals for the recovery of physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing.
REACHOUT to the public in promoting health through the following initiatives: Medical & mental health camps, counselling, health awareness to the public, food distribution to the destitute, reflexology treatment.
