The Administrators of MANASU are:

  • ● Rev. Fr. Jesu Doss CMF, who serves as the President of Claretian Life Animation Project (CLAP) Trust.

  • ● Rev. Dr. John Kennedy CMF, Ph.D., who acts as the Treasurer of Claretian Life Animation Project (CLAP) Trust.

  • ● Fr. Soosai Antony CMF, MSW, who holds the position of Director for both Claretian Life Animation Project (CLAP) Trust and MANASU.

  • ● Fr. Karun Sagar CMF, MSc.Psych., who serves as the Assistant Director of MANASU

The Responsibilities of MANASU administrators and staff are as follows:

  • ● Director: Provides overall leadership and direction for the organization, overseeing its operations and ensuring its mission is carried out effectively.

  • ● Counselor/Social Worker: Provides counseling and support services to residents, helping them cope with mental health issues and reintegrate into society

  • ● Project Coordinator: Manages specific projects or programs within the organization, ensuring they are implemented successfully and achieve their goals.

  • ● Assistant Program Coordinator: Assists the project coordinator in managing programs and projects, taking on various tasks as needed.

  • ● Chief Warden: Oversees the safety and security of residents, ensuring they are well cared for and their needs are met.

  • ● Office Administrator: Manages the day-to-day administrative tasks of the organization, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.

  • ● Vocational Trainer: Provides training and guidance to residents to help them develop vocational skills and find employment.

  • ● Chief Cook: Oversees the preparation of meals for residents, ensuring they are nutritious and meet dietary needs.

  • ● Assistant Cook: Assists the chief cook in meal preparation and kitchen duties

  • ● Driver: Provides transportation for residents and staff, ensuring they can access necessary services and activities

  • ● Honorary General Physician: Provides medical expertise and advice on a voluntary basis, supporting the nurse in caring for residents.

  • ● Honorary Psychiatrist: Provides psychiatric expertise and support on a voluntary basis, assisting in the treatment of residents' mental health issues.

  • ● Honorary Clinical Psychologist: Provides psychological expertise and support on a voluntary basis, assisting in the counseling and treatment of residents.
